East Side House (ESH) believes that talented, committed, diverse, and service oriented personnel are key elements of a successful organization. ESH seeks such personnel to join its Administration, School Based, Community Based, or Early Learn teams to impact communities and youths in the South Bronx and beyond.

Comprised of Executive and Senior Leadership and key operational departments (Fiscal, IT, Human Resources, etc.), these units are the drivers behind ESH’s strategy and infrastructure.
Based in several Department of Education (DOE) schools, and growing, unit provides S.T.E.A.M. based engagement to students enhancing: attendance and retention, and social, emotional, and cognitive development.
A variety of resources manifested in Workforce Development, After school Programs, Seniors Programs, Youth and Educational Services, etc., aimed at educating and providing opportunities to the communities ESH serves.
Composed of dedicated, caring and highly trained staff, the Head Start and Day Care units provides unparalleled services aimed at fostering children’s development, and engaging families.
